Lisango was struggling at his former school with language, reading, writing and numeracy. He couldn’t differentiate between sounds, and due to his pace of work being slow he was always struggling to complete his activities.
I had several meetings with his class teacher, where she advised me to enrol him for language and maths tutoring and give extra support. I eventually, in August 2014, enrolled him at Edublox, and after attending a few sessions, he was able to do his work.
Reading skills have improved. There is improvement in numeracy. He has gained self-confidence and can work at a better pace than before.
